| The pail filling line sysLAN processes all forms and sizes of pails and lids customary in trade (2,5 - 30 litres).
The following belongs to the scope of supply: destacker, leakage tester, lid placer and closing station

After automatic separation of pail stacks each pail is transported through the entire line by the pushbar conveyor system. Then leakage testing is effected by overpressure and the pail is positioned below the filling valve. Afterwards the filled pail is automatically covered with a lid and closed by press-on rolls.
