E32 Pail Labeler

The Langguth E32-FVT20 SK labeler can be equipped with a number of optional features that will help automate your production line. Some of these features include:

• Orientation device at the machine infeed for orientation of the bail as well as Baby Warning label.
• Bail lift into a supplied bail guide.
• Bar code / label verification system with automatic discharge onto roller conveyor.
• Special wiping arrangement for labels extending past 180º of pail circumference.
• Extended safety guarding around the complete machine.
• Conveyor extension at infeed and/or discharge of the machine.
• Automatic change-over with PLC controlled adjustments.

E33 Labeler

As an economic alternative for the labeling of large containers, the LANGGUTH production program has been expanded to include the E 33 labeling machine.

The machine will apply labels to cylindrical, oval, tapered and square containers in sizes from 1 to 6 gallons.

The container is travelling on a conveyor chain in a linear mode and accurately spaced by the infeed stopper. The label is released via photoeye and placed centered onto the container, thus avoiding a horizontal misalignment due to the tapered form of the pail. The final label application is carried out in the press-on station with clamping jaws covering the complete label to assure a smooth finish without wrinkles.
