E36 Inline Pressure Sensitive

Pails are metered into the E36 one at a time. Pressure sensitive labels are fed from a roll into position on a vacuum plate. As the containers pass the plate, the labels are picked up and firmly “squeeged” into position on the passing pails.

• Will apply pressure sensitive labels to plastic and metal pails of all sizes and shapes (round, oval, square and rectangular)
• Will apply paper and plastic labels of any shape to tapered and straight-walled containers
• Will apply clear film labels for the “No Label” look
• Compact design for easy integration into existing lines
• Optional devices for pail and handle orientation are available

E65 Rotary Pressure Sensitive

The containers are fed from the conveyor into the labeler via conventional bottle guides and a star wheel. When they reach the labeling carousel, they are firmly clamped between the container platforms and the centering head. As the carousel turns, labels are synchronously released from the labeling head and applied to the container by the wiping station.

• For application of pressure sensitive labels to all types of containers where accurate and consistent placement is of utmost importance. The machine can be equipped with one or more labeling heads to apply multiple labels to body as well as shoulder and neck/cap of the container
• The machine is simple to change over to different container and label sizes as only the container handling parts need to be changed
• Rugged wear-resistant construction for 24-7 production
• Shaped containers can be oriented and guided through the machine with very high accuracy
• Four-axis adjustment of the labeling heads as well as “on the fly” micro-adjustment of the label dispensing, guarantees precise placement of the labels
