New Solution From Langguth Increases Labeling Efficiency
Senden-Bösensell, Germany: Langguth GmbH is proud to announce the new technology of the E600 series labeling machines. These innovative labelers will apply front and back labels with wet glue... WITHOUT the use of Glue Pallets and Gripper Cylinders used by conventional rotary labelling systems. The E600 series labellers will label containers up to 100 mm (4”) diameter with 1 full wraparound label. Larger diameters can be labelled as well,as long as the total length of the label is no more than 315 mm (12.375”). Rectangular labels from 85 mm to 315 mm can be processed with one adjustable label magazine. Application of shaped labels is also possible. The advantages of this new technology include lower equipment cost, fewer change parts and quicker change-over.
Langguth specializes in the design and manufacture of labelling systems that are tailor-made for each specific application. The E600 series rotary labeller will be exhibited Interpack in Düsseldorf, Aprils 24 – 30, hall 13, booth D61/E60. A labeler capable of speeds to 18.000 labels per hour will be demonstrated. Systems with capacities of 12.000/h as well as 24.000/h are also available. „The E 600 rotary labeler is suitable for labelling all sizes of round and non-round containers“, says Mr. Walter Lange, Engineering Manager for Langguth.
With the E600 series machines, Langguth presents an economic solution for repeatable and precise labeling of cylindrical and rectangular container shapes.
